Pete is a strong believer in the creative process of architecture. He enjoys exploring the potential of each new project through a fun and engaging collaboration with stakeholders and users. Pete develops a thorough understanding of requirements, blending form with function to turn his clients’ ambitions into reality. Through a close, coordinated effort with all team members, he is committed to ensuring the final product exceeds expectations. Pete has recently dedicated most of his time to private development, municipal, and industrial sectors. These projects have ranged from boutique hotels and banquet halls to tenant improvements and car dealerships. He has also developed a keen understanding of corporation yards and fleet maintenance facilities and the unique solutions to specific challenges.

Pete holds a Bachelor of Architecture from California Polytechnic State University – San Luis Obispo and is licensed in California, Hawaii, and Nevada. He has received multiple awards, including the AIA Award of Excellence and Building Material Award for Concrete Block or Metal Panel. Committed to the local community, Pete serves on the Site Plan and Architectural Review Committee for the City of Lodi. In his spare time, Pete is the VP of the local chapter of Knights on the Vine (an international wine club) and is a huge fan of cars and racing.
