As part of California’s AB 900 realignment, Stanislaus County engaged LDA Partners to assist in the upgrade of its main jail facility. These projects add multiple new facilities, upgrades to the existing jail complex and integrates all components into an efficient, secure, operationally effective complex. Project 1 is a $70.5 million facility that provides maximum security housing, medical and mental health housing, and inmate program spaces. Through the design team’s efficient planning and design, we delivered more Scope (96 additional beds), without compromising operational efficiency, than was originally planned.
