Project Overview

LDA Partners provided construction administration services for the construction of the new 20-acre Delta Center located in Stockton for the California Conservation Corps. This is the first newly constructed facility in Northern California in decades. This facility provides 100+ Corpsmembers the opportunity to work on projects ranging from the Sierra Nevada to the greater San Joaquin Valley, including the Sacramento and San Joaquin Rivers. Project work includes flood control, trail building, tree mortality efforts and Delta restoration.
The project is composed eleven structures totaling 50,548sf which include Administration, Dormitories, Education, Recreation, Multi-Purpose, Warehouse, and Storage buildings. Site amenities include EV charging, gasoline fuel pumps, outdoor basketball and volleyball courts, shaded seating, gazebo, fruit and vegetable gardens, staging and laydown yards, outdoor training areas, boot wash, and walking paths.
Building amenities for the Corpsmembers include larger dorm rooms, first-aid center, commercial kitchen, indoor basketball and volleyball, exercise room, computer room, TV room, library, classrooms, laundry, and uniform and equipment storage.
