Fire Station 31’s was the first Fire Station built by the City of Lathrop in 1973. LDA was hired to complete the renovation of the existing station, right down to the studs. The project includes new dorm areas for staff, new day rooms, and a full refurbishment of turn-out areas and the apparatus bay.
