Client: County of Stanislaus
Location: Modesto, California
19,000 Square Feet
After extensive interviews and design workshops, LDA Partners developed a space plan and building design for a new 19,000 SF Public Works Administration building. The plan not only met the County’s functional and life-cycle requirements, but also resulted in a reorganized six department division allowing for much more efficient and productive workflow. The new building includes an open daylight environment with every office and workstation having a view to the outside. This not only reduces the electrical load but also increases office morale. Smart conference rooms are located in multiple spaces within the facility. The exterior building design reflects the industrial aesthetic envisioned by the client.
