Location: Manteca, California
11,800 Square Foot Classroom Building

Project Overview

The campus wide modernization to one of the oldest schools in Manteca Unified School District touches every aspect of the existing campus. The new construction will re-orient the campus with a new front door for better and safer student, parent and bus access, essentially flipping the campus 180 degrees. The project includes 30,000 sf of new classrooms, covering all ages from K-8, a new media center, and a new administrative wing and computer lab. Aesthetic cues were taken from a relatively “new MP building” centered near the new “front door”. Additional upgrades include access improvements in some of the older classroom wings and a new campus wide notification system and fire alarm upgrade.
